Terms of use

By using ForProphet, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ForProphet provides educational games and informational analytics based on public, historical, and delayed market data. Historical and live forecast scores, coaching, wallet reports, and simulations are not investment, legal, tax, or trading advice and do not recommend any trader or transaction. ForProphet does not execute trades, connect wallets, or custody assets. Historical results, live paper forecasts, and simulations do not predict future performance.

Fortune Teller gameplay is available without an account; Live Prophecies require one because forecasts resolve later and must remain sealed. Device-local progress can be lost if browser data is cleared. Magic-link accounts can sync eligible settled rounds. Leaderboard participation is optional, uses a generated alias, and may be left at any time. You may separately choose to show your member avatar and display name with the alias. We may correct or remove rankings affected by abuse, automation, or data errors.

Signed-in members receive an in-app persona and may edit a handle, display name, bio, archetype, and preset avatar; follow other members; view system-generated milestone activity; and celebrate that activity. Profiles are not public-web pages. Do not use profile fields to impersonate, harass, threaten, deceive, promote illegal activity, disclose another person's private information, or evade moderation. We may reset profile fields, remove social activity, limit visibility, or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect members or the service.

A Live Prophecy is an educational paper forecast, not an order or offer to trade. Results use adjusted daily prices from a third-party provider and resolve only after five completed provider sessions. Holidays, corporate actions, corrections, outages, and delayed or unavailable data can postpone or change a result. Forecast scores and leaderboards measure the application's defined exercise, not investment ability or an achievable return.

Simulations use simplified assumptions and may omit or approximate slippage, fees, funding, latency, liquidity, position matching, unavailable history, and market conditions. Exchange data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or changed without notice. Do not treat a simulated result as an achievable return.

You may not:

• break the law, infringe rights, or misuse another person's information;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections;
• interfere with the service or impose unreasonable automated load;
• probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
• misrepresent simulations as guaranteed or actual trading results; or
• resell or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

Share links are public to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for deciding what you share. ForProphet depends on third-party platforms, including Hyperliquid, Vercel, and Supabase. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, or terms.

ForProphet and its software, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. If you submit feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, and may restrict access for abuse or risk. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of any report or share link. Data is retained according to the privacy notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or trading outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForProphet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for trading losses arising from use of or reliance on the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
