By using ForProphet, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ForProphet provides informational analytics based on public and available historical data. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or trading advice; recommend any trader or transaction; execute trades; connect wallets; or custody assets. Historical results and simulations do not predict future performance. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Simulations use simplified assumptions and may omit or approximate slippage, fees, funding, latency, liquidity, position matching, unavailable history, and market conditions. Exchange data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or changed without notice. Do not treat a simulated result as an achievable return.

You may not:

• break the law, infringe rights, or misuse another person's information;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections;
• interfere with the service or impose unreasonable automated load;
• probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
• misrepresent simulations as guaranteed or actual trading results; or
• resell or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

Share links are public to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for deciding what you share. ForProphet depends on third-party platforms and public data sources, including Hyperliquid, Vercel, and Supabase. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, or terms.

ForProphet and its software, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. If you submit feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, and may restrict access for abuse or risk. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of any report or share link. Data is retained according to the privacy notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or trading outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForProphet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for trading losses arising from use of or reliance on the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
